The Multi-Agency Early Help Assessment (MEHA) is designed as a tool to support practitioners to have a solution focused conversation with a child and /family at the point of need, working with them to develop a family plan that builds resilience in their network and community, resolving problems before they become acute and reducing the need for engagement with statutory services.
