Direct debit

Direct Debit you can pay on the 1st, 10th, or 20th of the month - set up a Direct Debit using our Business Rates website.

Other ways to pay

• Kiosk (behind main reception at our Shute End office)
• Online payment - make a Business Rates payment online
• Telephone (24 hour payment line) - call 0300 456 0505
• Remittances - email to remittances@wokingham.gov.uk
• Electronic payment - quote your business rates account number with every payment. Failure to quote the number may result in a delay crediting your account 
• You can spread your business rate bills over 12 months - if you want to pay by 12 monthly instalments contact us in writing

You can pay by debit or credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Solo cards. Have your debit or credit card details and business rates account reference number to hand.

BACS payments

To pay by BACS you'll need to provide:

• The Council's bank account number - 00000000
• The Council's bank sort code - 62-21-60

CHAPS payments

To pay by CHAPS you'll need to provide:

• The Council's bank account number - 67740871
• The Council's bank sort code - 60-24-21
