To pay for membership visit the pay for it page. Once payment has been made, your membership card will be sent in the post to you.
Classes must be booked in advance online. This is in order to comply to current government guidelines on fitness class settings.
All classes and procedures are subject to change.
SHINE classes don't take place on Bank Holidays.
Refunds are not given for cancelled classes outside of our control or partially unused coupon cards. Membership cards cannot be transferred to another person. Replacement cards are not issued for lost membership cards.
