Cover Service Manager - Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge
We are currently looking for a Cover Service Manager at Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Managing and organising cover supervisors and supply teachers to Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge.
- HR administration support to the School Business Manager
- General administration support to the school office team.
- To assist with other admin tasks as required
This is a great opportunity for an organised and driven individual to make a real difference to our schools. Using the staff resources available to you, you will single handedly be responsible for reducing agency spend, meaning the savings can be passed on to our students and staff. You will have excellent communication skills, be able to lead a team of cover supervisors, understand the need for confidentiality and have the ability to keep calm when working to tight deadlines.
