Urgent issues

If you're reporting an urgent issue that requires immediate attention call:  

  • 0118 974 6000 and select the 'highways' option (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday)
  • 0800 212 111 out of hours (5pm to 9am, Monday to Friday, plus weekends and public holidays)

An urgent issue is one that is very likely to present an imminent threat to life or serious injury, or serious damage to property.

We aim to respond to urgent issues within two hours.

Non-urgent issues

  • A brief description of the problem
