Nature parks on your doorstep
13 new nature parks have been created across the Borough. They have been created as part of the new communities in Arborfield Garrison, North and South of Wokingham Town, and in Shinfield. 1 has also been created in Barkham and another in Crowthorne.
SANGS (Suitable Alternative Natural Green Space)
Together these SANGS (Suitable Alternative Natural Green Space) cover some 120 hectares, bursting with native plants and natural wildlife habitats. Some have car parks benches and bins, others have been left more natural.
