Coronavirus - business rates grant (November 2020) form

Use the form below to apply for a grant if your business was forced to close between 5 November and 2 December 2020 due to coronavirus.

If you wish to apply for a further grant for the more recent period, from 19 December 2020 onwards, complete our Tier 4 business rates grant form.

This form should only be completed by businesses who pay business rates direct to Wokingham Borough Council and have a business rate account reference number.

Please ensure you have read the National Lockdown (November 2020) guidance and FAQs (PDF document) before completing this form.

If you still see the form, rather than an acknowledgement message, when you press 'Submit', check each field for a red error message and amend where required before re-submitting.

Before you can proceed, you must confirm the following:

This award shall comply with the EU law on State Aid on the basis that, including this award, I the applicant shall not receive more than €800,000 in total of aid within any given 3-year period under the European Commission’s Temporary Framework  for State Aid including the COVID-19 Temporary Framework scheme for the UK.

(For the avoidance of doubt, businesses that were in administration, are insolvent or where a striking-off notice has been made at the date of the local lockdown are not eligible for funding under this scheme.)
