Minutes of a meeting are in draft form until agreed at the next meeting of that committee. Please therefore check the minutes of the next meeting of that committee to ascertain if the minutes have been amended.

You can download the agenda/minutes from here or you can visit the offices to inspect and take extracts - at a small charge - from current and previous agenda and minutes.
The only exceptions are those items which would infringe copyright or would not be dealt with in public for reasons of confidentiality. All reports contain a list of Background Papers which are the documents on which the report has been based. These are also available for public inspection - subject to the same exceptions.
