We hope you will find it very easy to use our website to find the information you need, but we have also put together a few tips to assist you:
Changing text size
To change the text size of our website:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Select 'view' in the toolbar
- Then select 'text size' and choose from the list of options
Navigation short cuts
On pages with lots of information you can use the following keys on your keyboard to aid navigation:
- End to take you to the bottom
- Home to take you to the top of the screen
- Page Down to scroll the page down one screen
- Page Up to scroll the page up one screen
Finding information
If you are not sure where to find information on our website there are two options:
- A quick way to locate information is to type a relevant phase or word into the search box at the top of the page
- You can also try our A-Z of services which will give you contact details for the service and link to any relevant information held on the website
Another way to navigate around is to use the links in the 'breadcrumb trail' located in green at the top of each page after the words 'you are here'.
You can print our website pages using the Print Friendly button which will remove the top bar and left hand navigation.
