Location of the Civic Offices
The Borough Council civic offices located in Wokingham town centre are within easy walking distance from the train station and bus stops.
By Rail
- Wokingham station is approximately 2 minutes walk to the Civic Centre
- Exit the station from the main ticket office and go up towards The Molly Millar Pub on left
- Cross the road at the traffic lights opposite The Molly Millar.
- Walk up to the T-Junction and the Civic Offices are on the right handside.
By Road
From the north:
- Leave the M40 at junction 4 - signposted Wycombe, Marlow, Maidenhead
- Then at roundabout take the 5th exit onto the A404 - signposted Marlow, Maidenhead - entering High Wycombe
- Cross River Thames
- At Bisham Roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A404 - signposted Reading, Maidenhead
- Continue forward onto the A404(M)
- At roundabout take the 3rd exit, then join the M4 motorway - signposted M4 The West, Bracknell, Reading
- Leave the M4 at junction 10 - signposted Reading (E), Wokingham, Bracknell
- Then join the A329(M) motorway - signposted Wokingham, Bracknell
- Branch left off at 1st exit signposted Wokingham, then at Coppid Beech roundabout take the 3rd exit onto London Road - A329 - signposted Wokingham
- Continue forward onto London Road - A329 - entering Wokingham
- Bear right - signposted Reading
- At traffic signals turn left onto Shute End - A329 - signposted Reading
- The Civic Offices are on the left handside on the Junction
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Wellington Road - A321 - signposted Twyford, Henley, Reading, Bracknell
From the M4 Junction 10:
- Leave the M4 at junction 10 (signposted Reading (E), Wokingham, Bracknell), then join the A329(M) motorway (signposted Wokingham, Bracknell)
- Branch left off at 1st exit signposted Wokingham, then at Coppid Beech roundabout take the 3rd exit onto London Road - A329 (signposted Wokingham)
- Continue forward onto London Road - A329. Entering Wokingham
- Bear right (signposted Reading)
- At traffic signals turn left onto Shute End - A329 (signposted Reading)
- The Civic Offices are on the left handside on the Junction
From the M3 Junction 3:
- Exit the M3 at Junction 3 and join the A322 heading towards Bracknell and Wokingham.
- This road runs into the A329(M).
- Turn off the A329(M) onto the A329 (signposted Wokingham)
- At Coppid Beech roundabout take the 1st exit onto London Road - A329 (signposted Wokingham)
- Continue forward onto London Road - A329. Entering Wokingham
- Bear right (signposted Reading)
- At traffic signals turn left onto Shute End - A329 (signposted Reading)
- The Civic Offices are on the left handside on the Junction
From the M3 Junction 4:
- Leave the M3 at junction 4 (signposted Camberley), then at roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A331 (signposted Reading A327, Camberley A30)
- Continue forward onto the A331. Entering Camberley
- At The Meadows roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Marshall Road - A321 (signposted Sandhurst, Wokingham)
- At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Marshall Road - A321 (signposted A321)
- At Rackstraw junction turn left (signposted Sandhurst)
- At mini-roundabout continue forward onto Yorktown Road - A321. Entering Sandhurst
- At mini-roundabout continue forward onto the A321 (signposted Wokingham)
- At Wellingtonia Roundabout take the 3rd exit onto Lower Wokingham Road - A321 (signposted Wokingham) Entering Crowthorne
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit, then at roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Sandhurst Road - A321 (signposted Wokingham)
- Continue forward onto Sandhurst Road - A321. Entering Wokingham
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Finchampstead Road - A321 (signposted Wokingham, Reading)
- Inchcape Ford Workingham on left hand side
- At mini-roundabout continue forward onto Finchampstead Road - A321
- At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Finchampstead Road - A321 (signposted All Routes)
- At mini-roundabout turn right onto the A321 (signposted Twyford, Henley)
- Turn right onto Shute End - A329
