What will happen if I don't pay or appeal?

If we have not received payment or an appeal, we will get details of the registered keeper of the vehicle through the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency - DVLA. A letter will then be sent to the keeper requesting payment of the full debt or details of the driver at the time. It is an offence to fail to provide information to identify the driver at the time. If driver details are supplied then a letter will be sent to the driver.

Should payment still not be made then the details will be forwarded to our debt collection agency. In some cases we may consider legal action for non payment. It is an offence to fail to pay an Excess or Standard Charge and the penalty on conviction may be up to £1,000.
