Dog fouling
Dog fouling is unsightly and a nuisance. It can also lead to an infection known as Toxocara Canis. For this reason all dog fouling should be cleared up by the owner.
Any owners who do not clear up after their dog can receive a fixed penalty of £50.00 from us. In certain circumstances we can also take any offenders to court where the maximum fine could be £1000.00 plus a criminal record.
If you are a dog owner and want to know more about how to clean up after your dog and why see our dog fouling tips website page.
