Care services
If you think you may need care services you are entitled to an assessment of your needs; please see 'eligibility criteria' for more information.
The Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) respond to requests as soon as possible, the highest priority will go to people who:
- Are at immediate risk or in danger
- Need support from others several times a day
- Can no longer be supported by their main carer
