Domestic violence

According to Women's Aid doemestic violence is: physical, sexual, psychological or financial violence that takes place within an intimate or family relationship, and that forms a pattern of coercive and controlling behaviour.

Hate crime

Hate crime can be any crime based on what makes us different, whether that is our: race, culture, faith, colour of skin, age, gender, sexual orientation or disability.

Victim Support

Victim Support is a national charity giving free and confidential help to: 

  • Victims of crime
  • Witnesses
  • Family and friends of victims
  • Any one else affected across England and Wales

 

Fire safety checks

Royal Berkshire Fire and Rescue Service provide free fire safety checks in your home to help reduce your risk of fire, create an escape plan and fit free smoke alarms where necessary.
