Individual racist incidents should no longer be reported to the Local Authority. To submit termly summaries of racist incidents data to the Local Authority, please use the Racist incident report form shown on the link on the left.
Schools and other establishments may wish to use the form below, or the behaviour module in SIMS, to record details of individual incidents.
