Wokingham Borough Council offers a wide range of opportunities for local pupils to make music, at their schools and at local music centres, through Berkshire Maestros (formerly known as Berkshire Young Musicians Trust). Pupils have the chance to work with students from other schools and with professional musicians, on a diverse range of musical activities. The opportunities cover a wide range of musical styles and traditions, from learning an instrument and playing in an ensemble, to Disc Jockey workshops and African drumming.
