Wokingham Primary ICT assessment and record sheets
The documents below can be downloaded to be used as record sheets in your school. The files all contain the same basic assessment statements, but some are in Microsoft Word format intended for paper use, and some are in Microsoft Excel format for electronic use. There are three versions of the Excel file. See details in the description document below.
These record sheets are now considered to be out of date but are retained here in case schools are using them. A new system is in development.
