Working at Heights Health and Safety Guidance

Falls from heights are a significant cause of injury in schools. Falls from relatively low height, when putting up displays etc, are a common hazard and the resulting injuries can be significant.  Where staff are working at greater height, such as ladders or roofs, the risk of most serious injury, and need for risk assessment and training, is clear.
