The purpose of these briefings is to provide advice and information to clerks to assist them in their role of supporting governing bodies. Clerks are strongly recommended to attend.
The format of each meeting is a brief summary of the current Digest, to suggest items for the governing body agenda, to provide items of information for clerks and governors and a practical opportunity for discussion, professional development and the sharing of good practice. Topical issues will be brought to these meetings and an outline of these will be sent to you prior to the meeting.
