Primary School Pupils

Fair processing guidance is usually released by the DCSF during August each year.   It is a statutory requirement for schools to issue a Fair Processing Notice to all parents. Please read the guidance and ensure that Layer 1 of the Fair Processing Notice is issued to parents of all pupils, even if a FPN has previously been issued.
