What is fly-tipping?
Fly-tipping is the dumping of rubbish onto any piece of land which does not have a licence to accept waste.
What to do if you see someone fly-tipping
1. Don't touch the rubbish or approach the people doing the fly-tipping.
2. Make a note of:
- Date
- Time and place
- What the rubbish looks like
- Amount of rubbish
- Description of any vehicles involved and their registration numbers
- Descriptions of any person or people carrying out the act
3. Then report it to us.
