About the Countryside Dwellings Supplementary Planning Guidance

The Countryside Dwellings Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) sets out the criteria for designing a new or replacement dwelling or an extension to an exisiting dwelling in the Countryside.    

Consultation and adoption

This guidance was adopted as SPG at the 27 March 2003 Executive following a period of public consultation period from 20 November 2002 until 10 January 2003.
