Minerals and Waste Annual Monitoring Reports

The Joint Strategic Planning Unit (JSPU) who deal with minerals and waste matters on behalf of Wokingham Borough Council must produce an Annual Monitoring Report for the Secretary of State as part of the planning process. This tracks progress and success on matters such as the amount of minerals extracted within Berkshire and meeting objectives for reducing the amount of waste that goes into landfill.

What if the Joint Strategic Planning Unit aren't meeting their targets?

If JSPU appear to be falling short of their set targets, they have to include a list of actions within the AMR to help them get back on track.
