Monitoring Report

What is a Monitoring Report?

The Monitoring Report is produced to demonstrate how well an authority is complying with the progress outlined in its Local Development Scheme (LDS) for producing planning policy documents. The Monitoring Report also explains how well the policies in these planning policy documents are being implemented and whether any changes are needed. The Monitoring Report covers the period 1 April to 31 March each year.
