Promote a site for Development

Have you got land that you think could be suitable for development?

The Council would like to know of any land in the borough that could be considered for development in its new land use strategy. Sites that are put forward should be readily available, accessible and not be affected by any serious contraints such as flooding.

How to promote your site:

A guidance note together with the Pro Forma to suggest land for development is attached at the end of this webpage.

The Council also now requires a Sustainability Appraisal to be carried out on each site in line with planning regulations.

Deadline for promoting your site:

The deadline for suggesting sites to the Council is 30th of November 2011.
