Considering the evidence
The Inspector considered all evidence put forward by the Council in addition to representations received during the submission stage consultation. This evidence was used by the Inspector to help him test the document for 'soundness'. Following formal assessment, the Inspector wrote a binding report including recommendations the Council is obliged to include in it's final (adopted) SCI.
