Undertaking a Strategic Housing Market Assessment is a key requirement of Government’s planning for housing policy, set out in the National Planning Policy Framework.
The Berkshire Strategic Housing Market Assessment was undertaken by DTZ to help the local authorities in Berkshire and their partners understand the dynamics and drivers of housing markets. The Strategic Housing Market Assessment also provides evidence to inform emerging Local Development Frameworks in the six Berkshire authorities.
