The output from this workshop are summarised in detail in the Consultation Feedback Report, prepared by Urban Practitioners, September 2009, which can be downloaded below.
September - October 2009  Stage One Report which provides a baseline analysis covering historical development, access and movement, land use, the regional and local property market and townscape issues, identifying opportunities and constraints for development within the town centre. This document can be downloaded on the Stage One Report page.
October – November 2009  Options appraisal in order to arrive at a preferred spatial option, which will be taken forward to the master planning stage through November and December, 2009.  Options will be tested against objectives derived from consultation and baseline findings. In addition the options will be tested against adopted and emerging planning policy and deliverability criteria.
