Wokingham Town Centre Masterplan

What is the Town Centre Masterplan?

The Local Planning Authority, with consultants Knight Frank, WSP and David Lock Associates is preparing a Masterplan which will be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).

The purpose of the Masterplan is to provide a long-term vision for the future of the town centre, building upon policies in the Wokingham Borough Core Strategy which focus on the need to regenerate the town centre. Once adopted, the Masterplan will be used to assess all planning applications for new development in the town centre.
