Remenham Neighbourhood Plan Consultation (28th January to 4pm 11 March 2013)
Remenham Parish submitted a Neighbourhood Area application with a proposed boundary for the neighbourhood plan and a supporting statement on 11 December 2012. Formal comments (representations) are now invited on the application from Remenham Parish Council for the designation of a Neighbourhood Area. Any representations must arrive at the council’s specified address within the six week period commencing on 28th January and ending at 4p.m on 11th March 2013. Draft Determination Statement for the Updated Affordable Housing SPD (30th January to 6th March 2013)
When the Council produces any planning and other policy documents, before it can approve the final version, it must have considered if a Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) is needed. A SEA considers the environmental impacts of the document and how they will be addressed (if they are likely). If no significant environmental impacts are likely, the authority must have first consulted on this provisional view. The Draft Determination Statement for the Updated Affordable Housing SPD explains why the Council considers that an SEA is not required for the plan. This can be found below. The Council is consulting upon this provisional view from 30th January until 6th March 2013.
