From 1 April 2013 our local land charges fees are:
- Certificate - LLC1 £30.00
- CON29R - £77.00
- Basic search - £107.00
- Each question on CON29O - £17.00
- Each additional enquiry - £27.20
- Each additional parcel of land - £15.20
2 copies of a recent plan with each search is required.
Searches take approx 5 working days and a maximum of 10 working days.
After renegotiating our contract with the DX company we are retaining our membership. Our DX address remains the same:- 33506 Wokingham.
Personal Searches
The following arrangements have been put in place for anyone wishing to carry out a personal search:
- Appointments can be made for Tuesday mornings and Thursday mornings with a member of the Local Land Charges Department who will pass the details to the appropriate departments.
- Any information in the LLC Register will be provided in hard copy for the price of £1.00
- Unrefined data required for answering the questions on the CON29R form will be available at the appropriate departments.
