Customer feedback

We are committed to improving our services and are proud of our association with Local Authority Building Control (LABC.) We are accredited under ISO:9001:2000 and Investors in People (IIP.) We gather feedback on our services in the following ways:

One on one meetings

We talk to key personnel on major works to increase our understanding of how we can improve our services and what people like about the way we do things already. To organise a one on one session email: building.control@wokingham.gov.uk

Focus groups

We hold an annual focus group. We meet with range of building professionals and get their views on where our service should be heading. Your comments will influence our service delivery and, because of the close links between Berkshire's authorities, can have a big impact elsewhere. Customer service questionnaires

We send out these questionnaires every other year. We are very proud of the results as they reflect the high opinion our service is held in.
