Field hire

The following fields can be booked for various events: 

• Kilnsea Drive, Lower Earley, Reading, RG6 3UB 
• Laurel Park, Marefield, Lower Earley
• Cantley Park, Twyford Road, Wokingham, RG40 5QG
• Elms Field, Wellington Road, Wokingham, RG40 2AY
• Ashenbury Park, Tippings Lane, Woodley

We also have a number of sports and recreational fields that can be used for events, subject to availability. For details, email us at: events@wokingham.gov.uk detailing your planned event including all requirements, proposed location, and proposed date/s that you wish to use that field for. The hire cost is as per the Neighbourhood Services Fees and Charges List approved by members. If you would like to book an event, read the Event Booking Conditions, below, and complete the application form. Email your completed application form, and any other relevant health and safety documents to: events@wokingham.gov.uk

Sports field hire

If you would like to hire a field for a sports game, use our sports pitch single booking form.

Pavilion hire

The following pavilions may be hired for classes and/or courses on weekdays and evenings. They may also be booked for one off activities throughout the week and weekend subject to availability.

• Ashridge Room, Cantley Park, Twyford Road, Wokingham, RG40 5QG

The cost of the hire will be dependant on the hours and activity you are looking to book. To book a pavilion, email us at: events@wokingham.gov.uk with details of your planned activity, proposed times and dates that you wish to use that pavilion for. If you would like to hire the pavilion for changing room usage as part of a sports game, email us at: pitch.booking@wokingham.gov.uk

Roundabout sponsorship

We manage a roundabout sponsorship scheme, to promote and support local businesses. Sponsorship may involve the planting of flower displays, agreed between the sponsor and the council. This helps to improve the appearance of the town as well as raising the profile of the sponsoring company. Many of our roundabouts are already sponsored and some have a waiting list.
