Online renewals, catalogue and reservations

Many of our library services can be accessed online via our library catalogue. Our catalogue can be accessed online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Using our catalogue

To log in to the catalogue, enter the barcode number from your library ticket and your PIN – personal identification number. If you have forgotten your PIN, go to the "Forgotten your PIN?" page. If you do not have a PIN, please visit any of our libraries.

Online services

• Search our catalogue for books, audiovisual items and other resources

• Renew your library books online – only two phone or online renewals are allowed per item

• Place online reservations for items that are on loan – charges apply

• Access online reference materials, including Ancestry, Britannica and other dictionaries and encyclopaedias.

If you use services for which a charge is payable, it will be added to your account.

If you want an item that is not in our stock, we may be able to obtain it for you. Speak to your local library for more details – charges apply.
