Joining the library

There is no charge for joining the library. You can apply for a ticket if you live, work or study in the Wokingham Borough, or are a member of any Berkshire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire or Surrey library.
 
How to join the library
 
  • Fill in an application form
  • Under-18s will need a signature from a parent, guardian or other adult library member
  • Produce identification showing your name and current address, e.g. driving licence, bank statement with bank card
