Our Children's Social Workers work in 3 neighbourhood teams. They work closely with Early Years, Education Psychologists, Welfare and Youth Offending teams.
Our Adoption Support Social Workers:
Assess the need for adoption support
Provide support to adoptive families
Manage adoption referrals
Provide counselling
Bridges Resource Centre provides activities for disabled young people.
The Bridges Resource Centre is a short breaks facility for 8 to 18 year olds. Young people may come for a day visit, a tea visit or they might stay overnight.
Our Occupational Therapists support disabled children, vulnerable adults and older people.
Our Early Intervention in Psychosis Service is for 14 to 35 year olds, who have suffered an early episode of psychosis.
