House hunting checklist

The house hunting guide is designed to make it that little bit easier for you. By taking this guide with you and running through its points you will get a reasonably thorough survey of any house that you are thinking of renting.

 

 

If the owner has agreed to make certain repairs or alterations to the house or has promised replacement furniture before you move in, it is important to write these agreements into the contract, stating a finish date for any repairs.
