Service Standards help to define what Tenants and Leaseholders can expect. This are both rights and responsibilities.
Service Standards also remind Tenant Services Staff of their obligations. They also set out the scope for potential Tenants or Leaseholders.
At the moment we are developing a set of Service Standards that best match what our Tenants have told us they want to see. Tenant Representatives are very involved in developing these Service Standards.
