Walkabouts
You are invited to join Tenant Services, Community Wardens, Thames Valley Police, Involved Tenants and other agencies on the walkabout around your local area. Giving you the oppurtunity to have an input and raise issues that affect you and the area in which you live.
If you are not able to attend a walkabout your views can still be given by completing a simple survey and telling us about the area where you live. Complete our Walkabout Survey.
Estate Walkabouts are carried out throughout the district on a regular basis. These are carried out in addition to the day to day estate work being done by the Housing Officers.
Estate Walkabouts normally take between 2 and 4 hours depending on the size of the area and the issues identified.
Things picked up on Estate Walkabout include:

Rubbish and cleanliness,

Abandoned cars and parking,
- Landscaping, and
-
Communal areas in flats.
Come to the Estate Walkabout in the area where you live, either for the whole inspection or for the bit around your home. See below for the walkabout timetable for this year.
