Situated in Winnersh, off Churchill Drive, Harman Court is one of the Borough’s smallest schemes consisting of 10 one-bedroom bungalows and 9 large self-contained studio flats. Both the bungalows and studio flats have separate bathrooms and kitchens and access to well maintained communal gardens.
Tenants may have cats and dogs subject to individual evaluation. Harman Court has a small communal lounge, and laundry facilities.
A professional hairdresser visits the scheme once a week and the scheme runs a lunch club twice a week. In addition the scheme has an active social diary which includes regular trips and outings.
The scheme is well situated for all bus services to Wokingham and Reading. A large supermarket and post office are within walking distance.
The scheme manager calls on all tenants daily, Monday to Friday, unless Tenants opt out of this service.
