  • In cold weather try to keep your home reasonably warm, both day and night - about five degrees Centigrade. This will not cost much an may save you a lot of trouble in the end and reduce the likelihood of burst pipes.
  • It is your responsibility to purchase your own home contents insurance covering your furnishings, carpets and personal belongings in case of a leak or burst pipe as this is not covered by Tenant Services.
