The Working Group is involved in:
- Monitoring the day to day repairs and maintenance service, to ensure it is performing well
- Monitoring the Decent Homes programme within the borough
- Working with the Asset Management Team to develop a Planned Maintenance Programme
- Monitoring of the Grounds Maintenance Service
- Monitoring of the gas servicing
- Monitoring of the voids (empty properties) performance
- Scrutiny of the Repairs Service

- Once a month, in the evening
