I have received a letter about an offer of a property, when can I view the property?

You will be written to with a viewing date and time. 

 

I have just moved into my property and there are some problems, how do I report these?

Phone the repairs helpdesk on 0800 515 287.

 

I want to move outside of the area, how can I do this?

You can look into HomeSwapper as an option.  But do remember that our tenancy agreement states that you are required to give us 4 weeks notice before moving out of your current property.

Can I have some decorating vouchers?

When starting your tenancy you may be offered some decorating vouchers depending on the condition of the property.  This is the only time decorating vouchers are issued.
