Age Concern Berkshire

Offers advice to older people on topics from residential and home care services to leisure and health. 

Its 'Home from Hospital' service supports older people in the first 72 hours after a hospital discharge.

Reading Crossroads for Carers

Offers an emergency response service, for carers 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Call them if you are suddenly 

unable to look after your dependant/s due to an unforeseen emergency.
