Preventative care and support services
We have a range of preventative services for vulnerable people and support other voluntary and community organisations that also provide services in the community.
These include:

| Age Concern Berkshire | Offers advice to older people on topics from residential and home care services to leisure and health. Their 'Home from Hospital' service supports older people in the first 72 hours after a hospital discharge. | 0118 959 4242 | |

| Handyperson scheme | Free service offering handyperson jobs for older of vulnerable residents. Includes odd jobs and minor repairs around the home. | 0118 959 4242 | |
