Community Care Overview Strategy

An overarching Strategy which sets out our vision, priorities and measures of success for Community Care Services over the next 5 years was endorsed by the Council’s Executive at its meeting on 27 September 2007.

 

There is no statutory requirement to produce a Community Care strategy. However, the strategy provides strategic direction for the service and outlines the proposed initiatives to meet our key priorities.
