Carers emergency support services

This is a free service to help you plan what would happen in an emergency if you were unable to look after the person you care for and, if necessary, to provide support until the situation is sorted out. The scheme is run on behalf of the Council by Reading Crossroads and the Princess Royal Trust Carers Service.
