The Young Person's Health Workers (YPHW) are based within Wokingham Community Hospital. The YPHW team is available to consult with a range of professionals on issues around sexual health and teenage pregnancy. This includes information about local services and signposting, training, Personal, Social, and Health Education (PSHE) implementation and support for schools and community organisations, including policy development. The service also provides support to young people aged between 11-19; through drop in clinics in community settings and school based Health Zones. The team can also work with young people individually.
