The Starlings Children's Centre in Twyford

Whilst we are currently developing a range of services aimed at meeting the needs of our local community, we would like to encourage all parents, grandparents and carers to join in to contribute to the life of the centre and to shape and steer its services.

Children's Centres act as a central point where families can find a wide variety of activities, play, information and support from professionals working in a wide range of fields and organisations. These professionals team up to share information and work together to ensure that our youngest residents:

• Make a positive contribution

• Achieve economic well-being

Opening Hours

The centre is open from 9am to 4.45pm Mon - Thus, 9am to 4.30pm Friday and there are specifically scheduled sessions running throughout the week.

Parking

There is no parking for parents or carers at Starlings Children’s Centre during term time unfortunately. You need to park around the surrounding roads. i.e.: Colleton Drive, away from the school main entrance please or Verey Close via Broad Hinton roundabout.

However there is parking during school holidays, but we kindly request anyone who parks on the site to drive extra carefully as there are activities both at the Starlings and the Colleton School during this period.
