Telecommunications Mast Register

Proposed telecomminication masts. These are masts put forward by the telecommunication operators as part of their annual pre-rollout proposals. These sites will be subject to either prior approval or submission of a planning application dependent on the height of the mast and its location. Sites which have reference numbers have been submitted to and approved by the council.

 

There are some telecommunication masts with prior approval or planning consent which do not appear on either the operator's proposed list or an the existing register. These are shown as a seperate list. In general a planning consent or prioir approval allows operators up to five years from date of consent to erect a mast.
